Hello Gorgeous, I’m so excited to meet you! Your experience starts when you use the Appointment Request below. I believe that finding a hairstylist is like dating, I want to make sure that I am the best fit for all of my New Clients before committing to an appointment.
Here is what I’m looking for in a client:

- You are patient with your hair, you understand that it may take multiple sessions to get the color that you want

- You like your natural color and you want to embrace it and enhance it

- If you have silvers, you want to blend them you don't want to cover them up

- You understand that the initial lightening service will be an investment of time and money and that maintenance services are super important in achieving your goal.

- You also understand that take-home products play an important role in keeping your hair in the best condition all year long and keeping your color lasting long.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
​
Please try to get to the salon a few minutes early, as I do not want to take any time away from your consultation. During the consultation, we will talk about the Hair Plan that I created for you, plus go over your long-term Hair Plan and the products that you will need to maintain your color and the health of your hair at home.
I will create the best look for your face shape, complexion, lifestyle, and overall goals based on everything that we have already talked about. The reason I have such an extensive program for New Clients is that I want us to have the best hair relationship possible!
We will wrap up the visit by sharing my recommendations for take-home products and set you up with your next appointment. You can expect a follow-up to ensure that your style is just as expected and I will eagerly await your next visit!

DISCLAIMER AND POLICIES
I pride myself on my expertise in client care and service. Because of this, there are a few policies that I uphold to ensure the ultimate salon experience for my clientele.

S e r v i c e A d j u s t m e n t P o l i c y
I can only guarantee my color services if the suggested products are purchased. I like to be as transparent as possible with all my clients. I try to underpromise and over-deliver. If I have not met your expectations with your hair, please contact me within 5 days. I am happy to make adjustments within the terms of our consultation. If we discussed something different in our consultation that you are wanting changed, that will be another service.

C a n c e l l a t i o n P o l i c y
I require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Due to my tight schedule and inability to skip steps in my service, anyone who is over 15 minutes late to their appointment will need to reschedule and will be charged 50% of the services booked. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in your card being charged 50% of the services that were booked. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in your card being charged 100% of the services booked.

D i s c l a i m e r f o r C o l o r S e r v i c e s
I cannot guarantee that your hair will look exactly like your inspiration photos. I will do my very best to customize your Hair Plan for you, going in the direction of your inspiration pictures. Most inspiration photos are edited, light is a HUGE factor, skin tones are different, natural hair and texture are different.
If you are Lightening your hair it may take multiple sessions to get there, I will get you as light as I can the first session and we will create your Hair Plan from there.
I like to let my New Clients know that I will do everything possible to get your goal hair the first time! Either way, you will leave with gorgeous color!
